The PLC controller with Unistream B5 TA30 HMI panel is a versatile device that combines logical control and process visualization functions. Thanks to the built-in VNC support, the controller allows monitoring and controlling the installation from a computer or mobile device – without the need for a dedicated HMI panel.

Functionality and Capabilities

This model offers a rich set of inputs and outputs, allowing it to support a variety of automation applications. The equipment includes: 14 digital inputs (including 2 high-speed inputs with a frequency of up to 90 kHz), 2 analog inputs (0-10V or 0(4)-20mA), 2 temperature inputs (TC/PT100/Ni100/Ni120/PT1000/Ni1000), 10 transistor outputs and 2 analog outputs (also configurable). This configuration allows integration with various sensors, transducers and actuators.

The controller supports a number of communication protocols, such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, VNC Client/Server, MQTT Client and OPC UA Server. This enables easy integration with other devices on the industrial network and access to data from SCADA systems or the cloud. Additionally, the controller offers the possibility of expansion with I/O modules, which increases its functionality and allows it to be adapted to specific application requirements.

Programming and Configuration

The controller is programmed in the free UniLogic environment, which offers an intuitive interface and a wide range of tools for creating control logic and HMI visualization. In a single environment, you can program PLC logic, design HMI visualization, parameterize drives and servo drives. This greatly simplifies the process of creating and deploying automation applications. Optional HMI panels dedicated to the UniStream series (5", 7", 10.1" and 15.6") are also available, which can be connected to the controller if a physical operator panel is needed.
