This Tigris M5 16x1/2" GZ fitting is a key element of the Wavin Tigris system, designed to connect PEX pipes to a threaded connection. Made of high-quality brass and equipped with a stainless steel clamping sleeve, it provides a durable and secure connection in potable water, underfloor heating, and radiator installations. Design and Application

The fitting combines precision engineering and functionality. It has a nominal diameter of 1/2 inch (DN12) and an outer diameter of the connection pipe of 16 mm. The tapered BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) external gas thread allows for easy connection to existing installations. Thanks to the use of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EDPM) rubber seals, the connection is tight and corrosion-resistant. The fitting is reducing, allowing for flexible adaptation to different pipe diameters.
