The Wilo Initial WASTE 16-11 submersible pump is a solid solution for draining contaminated grey water, rainwater, drainage water and washing water with a small content of solids. Designed for both domestic and professional applications, it is perfect for automatic emptying of pits and shafts, protecting basements from flooding and lowering the level of surface water when natural drainage is difficult. The compact design and low weight make installation easy even in tight wells.

Design and application – durability and versatility

The housing and impeller made of durable polypropylene (PP-H) provide resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The pump is designed for immersion to a depth of 5 meters and can operate at an ambient temperature from 3°C to 35°C and at an average liquid temperature from 5°C to 35°C. Equipped with a float switch, it automatically starts and stops the pump depending on the liquid level. A long, 10-meter cable facilitates connection to the power supply. The maximum head is 10.19 meters, and the maximum capacity is 16.47 m³/h.
