The 1.1 kW motor provides stable operation, and the F insulation class guarantees safety of use. In addition, the IP68 protection class means full resistance to immersion in water and the action of contaminants such as sand (up to 50 g/m³). The Wilo-Sub TWI 5-506EM pump has been designed with ease of installation and maintenance in mind. Made of high-quality stainless steel (including a stainless steel 304 impeller), it provides corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance. The outlet connection with a diameter of 1 1/4 inch (32 mm) with an internal BSPT-Rc (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) thread allows for easy connection to the water installation. The immersion depth of up to 17 meters allows the pump to be used in various geological conditions. The C characteristic of the residual current device allows for safe operation of the pump even with short-term current surges during engine starting. The maximum number of operating cycles of 40 c/h testifies to its durability and possibilities of intensive use.
