Cable tray bend – precise change of installation direction

This 90° bend is an element of the cable tray system, designed to change the direction of cable routing. Made of steel, it ensures a solid and durable connection. Its dimensions – 300 mm wide and 60 mm high – allow it to be adapted to most standard trays.

Construction and mounting

The bend is compatible with trays 300 mm wide and 60 mm high. Mounting is done with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, ensuring quick and secure installation. It can be used as both an external and internal bend, providing flexibility in installation design. In addition, the construction allows the tray to be inserted with the cover already fitted, which greatly simplifies and speeds up installation work.

Materials and protection

Different material variants are available:

• Sendzimir zinc-coated steel (S): Standard execution in accordance with PN-EN 10346:2015-09.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Higher corrosion resistance, in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 (available on request).
• Stainless steel (E): Ideal for environments requiring the highest corrosion resistance (available on request).
• Painting (L): Possibility of painting in any color from the RAL palette (available on request), allowing for aesthetic adaptation to the surroundings.

The sheet thickness is 1.0 mm, which guarantees adequate mechanical strength. The product meets the requirements of class E-90, which means its fire resistance. This is an important aspect for installations in public and industrial buildings.
