Cable tray connector plate – reinforcement and protection

The BL/BLO200 connector plate is a key element in the assembly of cable trays, providing not only a connection but, above all, additional reinforcement of the structure at the connection point. Made of high-quality zinc-coated steel using the Sendzimir method (according to PN-EN 10346:2015-09), it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Its thickness of 1.0 mm provides adequate rigidity and strength.

Application and benefits

Designed to connect cable trays with a thickness of 1.5 mm, this plate effectively protects cables from mechanical damage during installation and operation. Additional reinforcement at the connection point increases the stability of the entire installation. This is particularly important in systems requiring continuous operation in emergency situations.

• E90 system: Meets the requirements of the E90 system for maintaining functionality according to DIN 4102-12, which means at least 90 minutes of maintaining the functionality of devices in the building – crucial for fire protection systems (fire alarm, alerting, emergency lighting).

Installation and additional options

For mounting trays with a width of 100-200 mm, it is recommended to use a minimum of 4 sets of screws, and for trays with a width of 300-400 mm – a minimum of 6 sets of screws. Additionally, custom-made options are available:

• F: Steel galvanized by hot-dip method (PN-EN ISO 1461:2011) – provides even higher corrosion resistance.
• E: Stainless steel (PN-EN 10088) – ideal for chemically aggressive environments.
• L: Painting in a standard RAL color – allows matching the installation's color scheme.
