Robust cable tray connection – connecting plate BL/BLO300

The BL/BLO300 connecting plate is a key element in cable systems, providing a safe and durable connection of cable trays. Made of high-quality galvanized steel using the Sendzimir method (according to PN-EN 10346:2015-09), it guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Its thickness of 1.0 mm ensures adequate rigidity and structural strength.

This element is particularly important when laying cables, protecting them from potential mechanical damage. Additional reinforcement of the tray at the connection point increases the stability of the entire installation. This plate is compatible with trays with a thickness of 1.5 mm, and it is recommended to use a minimum of 4 sets of screws for trays with a width of 100-200 mm and 6 sets for trays with a width of 300-400 mm.

Safety and compliance with standards

The BL/BLO300 connecting plate meets the requirements of the E90 fire resistance system according to DIN 4102-12. This means that it ensures at least 90 minutes of continued operation of devices in the building in the event of a fire. This is particularly important for installations powering critical systems such as fire alarms, fire detection and evacuation lighting.

Additionally, on request, it is possible to manufacture the plate from hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2011), stainless steel (PN-EN 10088) or coat it with a RAL standard color paint, allowing it to be adapted to specific project requirements and the aesthetics of the environment.
