The end plate BZK/BZKO100 is an essential element for the proper finishing of cable installations in cable trays. It provides effective protection of cables against mechanical damage at the end of the tray, as well as an aesthetic appearance of the entire structure. Made of high-quality materials, it guarantees durability and reliability.

Materials and workmanship – tailored to your needs

The plate is available in various material versions, allowing it to be adapted to specific working conditions and project requirements:

• Sendzimir galvanized steel PN-EN 10346:2015-09 (S): Standard solution providing good anti-corrosion protection.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 (F): Increased corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor or aggressive environments.
• Stainless steel (E): Highest corrosion resistance, recommended for use in harsh conditions, e.g. in the chemical or food industry.
• Powder coating in standard RAL palette (L): Possibility to match the color to the surroundings or project requirements.

The plate thickness of 1.0 mm ensures its appropriate rigidity and mechanical strength.

Fire safety – E90 system

The end plate BZK/BZKO100 meets the requirements of the E90 system for maintaining functionality in accordance with DIN 4102-12. This means that it provides at least 90 minutes of maintaining the functionality of devices in the building during a fire. This is crucial for ensuring the safety of people and property, especially in the case of fire alarm devices, fire alarm systems and emergency lighting powered by water sprinklers.

Installation – simplicity and convenience

The installation of the end plate is simple and quick – just use SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws:

• For cable tray width 100-200 mm – 2 sets of screws.
• For cable tray width 300-400 mm – 3 sets of screws.
• For cable tray width 500-600 mm – 5 sets of screws.
