Cable installation protection – end plate BZK/BZKO200

The BZK/BZKO200 end plate is an essential element of any cable management system, providing an aesthetic and safe termination of cable trays. Made of high-quality zinc-coated steel using the Sendzimir method (according to PN-EN 10346:2015-09), it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Its main task is to protect cables from mechanical damage at the end of the cable route.

Functionality and application

The plate is designed for mounting on the ends of cable trays with a width of 100 and 200 mm – at least 2 sets of screws are required for correct installation. For trays with a width of 300 and 400 mm, it is recommended to use at least 3 sets of screws. The product finds wide application in electrical installations of public and industrial buildings, as well as in any place where safe and organized cable routing is required.

Safety and compliance with standards

The BZK/BZKO200 plate meets the requirements of the E90 performance maintenance system according to DIN 4102-12. This means that it ensures at least 90 minutes of continued operation of devices in the building in the event of a fire. This is particularly important for installations powering fire alarm systems, fire alarm systems and emergency lighting, as well as sprinkler systems. Thanks to this, in a critical situation, these systems will operate without interruption, increasing the safety of building users.

Additionally, on request, the plate can be manufactured from stainless steel (PN-EN 10088) or with a painted coating in any RAL color, allowing the product to be adapted to specific project requirements and the aesthetics of the surroundings.
