Cable Tray Mounting – Reliability and Durability

The WFML150 bracket is a robust solution for mounting cable trays, cable ladders, pipes and other electrical installation elements. Made of steel with a galvanized surface, it provides durable corrosion protection and is designed to operate in demanding conditions. Its construction allows for safe and stable support of cables, which translates to the reliability of the entire installation.

This bracket is not only a fastening element – it is a guarantee of order and safety in the cable management system. It will be useful both during the construction of a new installation and during the modernization of an existing one.

Design and user parameters

The WFML150 bracket is characterized by a length of 210 mm and a maximum load of up to 350 kg. The sheet thickness of 1.5 mm provides it with appropriate rigidity and mechanical strength. It is made of steel, and the surface protection in the form of hot-dip zinc guarantees corrosion resistance even in difficult environmental conditions.

Various material variants are available: steel galvanized by the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), steel galvanized by the immersion method (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) and stainless steel. Additionally, it is possible to paint the bracket in any color from the RAL palette on request.

For mounting, it is recommended to use a PD9 spacer washer, which provides the appropriate distance between the bracket and the mounted cable route. The possibility of making brackets with non-standard lengths allows you to adapt the bracket to the specific needs of each installation.
