Symmetrical reducer for cable trays

This symmetrical reducer, made of steel, is used to change the width of the cable route. It allows a smooth transition between different tray dimensions, providing flexibility in the design of electrical installations. Sheet thickness of 1.0 mm guarantees the strength and stability of the structure.

Construction and mounting

The RKSJ100/50H60 reducer connects trays with a width of 100 mm to trays with a width of 50 mm, with a tray height of 60 mm. Mounting is done with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – this simple solution speeds up installation work and ensures a secure connection. For non-standard orders, it is important to provide the exact dimensions 'a' and 'b' to ensure a perfect fit.

Material and protection

The product is standardly made of zinc-coated steel using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), which provides good corrosion resistance. Versions are also available to order: hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) for increased protection in harsh conditions, stainless steel for applications requiring the highest hygiene, and a painted version in any color from the RAL palette for aesthetic matching to the surroundings. Surface protection in the form of hot-dip galvanizing further increases durability and resistance to external factors.
