Cable tray reducer – route width change

The symmetrical reducer RKSJ200/100H50 is an element of the cable tray system, used for smooth transition between different cable route widths. It allows adapting the installation to changing needs and the number of cables, while maintaining order and aesthetics. Made of durable steel, it ensures solidity and long-term cable protection.

Construction and materials

The reducer is made of steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm. Various material variants are available, adapted to specific environmental conditions: galvanized steel by Sendzimir method (standard), hot-dip galvanized steel (on request) or stainless steel (on request). The surface of the reducer is protected with hot-dip galvanizing, which provides high corrosion resistance.

Assembly is done with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – a simple and quick connection that does not require specialized tools. In the case of non-standard orders, it is important to provide the exact dimensions 'a' and 'b' to ensure a perfect fit of the reducer to the existing installation. For example, for a reducer with dimensions of 400 mm x 200 mm, the product symbol should be RKSJ...400/200H50.

Application and compatibility

The RKSJ200/100H50 reducer is intended for cable trays with a height of 50 mm. The width of the reducer is 200 mm on one side and 100 mm on the other, allowing for a symmetrical change in the cable route width. This is particularly useful in installations where the number of cables changes on a given section of the route. This allows avoiding excessive cable congestion or the formation of empty spaces in the tray.
