Symmetrical reducer for cable trays

This reducer, made of 1.0 mm thick steel, is used to change the width of the cable tray run. It is a key element in electrical and telecommunication installation systems, allowing a smooth transition between different tray dimensions. The product is hot-dip galvanized, which ensures high corrosion resistance and durability even in harsh environmental conditions.

The RKSJ300/200H60 reducer allows for precise adaptation of the installation to the specific needs of the project. Its construction provides stability and safety for cable routing. Mounting is done with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – standardly available on the market.

Materials and execution

Various material variants are available, tailored to individual requirements:

• S – steel galvanized by Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) – standard solution providing good anti-corrosion protection.
• F – steel galvanized by hot-dip method (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) – provides even higher corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor or aggressive environment applications.
• E – stainless steel – dedicated to installations requiring the highest corrosion resistance, e.g. in the chemical or food industry.
• L – powder coating in a standard RAL palette – allows you to match the color of the reducer to the surroundings or the aesthetic requirements of the project.

Application and assembly

The RKSJ300/200H60 reducer is designed for use with cable trays with a height of 60 mm. It provides a smooth transition from a tray with a width of 300 mm to 200 mm. This allows for optimal use of space and adaptation of the installation to changing conditions. The assembly is simple and intuitive, and the use of dedicated screws guarantees stability and connection safety. Please remember that for unusual orders, you should provide the exact dimensions a and b (e.g. for RK...400/200H60, provide the dimension 400mm and 200mm).
