The WW100 bracket is designed for the safe and durable mounting of cable trays, cable ladders, cable ducts, pipes and other components of electrical and telecommunication installations. Its reinforced construction ensures stability and reliability even under heavier loads. Made of steel, with a hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, it guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation – even in harsh environmental conditions.
Construction and application
The WW100 bracket is designed for versatility. Thanks to its adaptability to cable support systems with a width of 100 mm, it is an ideal solution for both new installations and the modernization of existing ones. Its compact dimensions (70 mm height, 110 mm length and 26 mm width) allow for discreet mounting in limited space.
Additionally, the bracket is available in various material options:
- Standard: Sendzimir galvanized steel (S) – compliant with PN-EN 10346:2015-09
- On request:
- Hot-dip galvanized steel (F) – meeting the requirements of PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 – provides even higher corrosion resistance.
- Stainless steel (E) – ideal for use in aggressive chemical environments or where hygiene is required.
- Powder coating in standard RAL colors (L) – allows for color matching to the surroundings or design requirements.
The maximum safe load of 900 N ensures stable support for the installed elements. Remember that when mounting a cable ladder to the bracket, it is recommended to use appropriate ZS/ZSO clamps or UKWD/USKS holders. This simple solution increases the safety and durability of the entire structure.
