Mounting for cable systems – a solid support for installations
The WW500 bracket is a universal solution for mounting cable trays, cable ladders, cable ducts, pipes and other cable infrastructure elements. Its reinforced construction provides reliable support even under heavy load – up to 1050 N according to IEC 61537. Made of steel, with a hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, it guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation.
Construction and application
The WW500 bracket is designed for easy installation and versatile use. Its width of 26 mm and height of 95 mm allow it to be adapted to various installation configurations. It is designed to work with cable support systems with a width of 500 mm. The bracket length is 515 mm, which ensures stable support even for longer cable sections.
Materials and finish
The bracket is standardly made of Sendzimir galvanized steel (S) according to PN-EN 10346:2015-09. On request, a version with hot-dip galvanized steel (F) – PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02, stainless steel (E) and a painted version in any color from the RAL palette (L) are also available. This allows you to adapt the bracket to specific project requirements and the aesthetics of the environment.
Additional information for installers:
- For mounting cable ladder to the bracket, it is recommended to use ZS/ZSO clamps or UKWD/USKS holders – they provide a safe and stable connection.
- Hot-dip galvanizing is an effective protection against corrosion, especially important in harsh environmental conditions.
- The bracket does not have an E30/E90 fire resistance certificate.
