Mounting for cable systems – a solid support for installations
The WW400 bracket is a universal solution for mounting cable trays, wire mesh trays, cable ladders, pipes and other cable infrastructure elements. Its reinforced construction provides stable and secure support for cables and installations. Made of steel, it offers high strength and resistance to loads.
Construction and application
The bracket is designed for cable systems with a width of 400 mm. Its construction allows for easy and quick installation, and the galvanized surface protects against corrosion, which is particularly important in harsh environmental conditions. The maximum safe load of 1150 N guarantees reliability and safety of use.
Materials and finish
The WW400 bracket is standardly made of galvanized steel using the Sendzimir (S) method, in accordance with PN-EN 10346:2015-09. Custom versions are also available:
- Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Provides even higher corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor or aggressive environment applications (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02).
- Stainless steel (E): Optimal solution for installations requiring the highest hygiene or resistance to chemicals.
- RAL color powder coating (L): Allows you to match the color of the bracket to the surroundings or project requirements.
Installation and compatibility
To mount the wire mesh tray to the bracket, it is recommended to use ZS/ZSO clamps or UKWD/USKS brackets – this guarantees a stable connection and proper load distribution. The bracket dimensions are 415 mm length, 95 mm height and 26 mm width.
