This 90° ladder rack bend is a key element of cable management systems, allowing for changes in cable routing direction. Design and Application

This bend is designed for use in electrical installations where a 90-degree change in cable routing is required. Thanks to the adjustable angle, it can be adapted to specific mounting conditions. The product meets the E-90 function – meaning it ensures the continued operation of building equipment for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire. This is particularly important for fire alarm systems, fire detection and alarm systems, and emergency lighting powered by water sprinklers.

Materials and Installation

The bend is available in various material versions: zinc-coated steel using the Sendzimir method (S), hot-dip galvanized steel (F), or stainless steel (E). For installation, LDCH… connectors and SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 screws (4 connectors and 16 screw sets) are required. When choosing fittings, consider the ladder symbol to select the appropriate rungs and cable supports – rung type A (DK…) with UKZ… supports, B (DF… or DU…) with UK… supports, and C (DUV…) with UKZ… and UK… supports are available.
