90° ladder bend LDP/LDOP300H60 N is an element of the supporting system for cable installations, designed to change the direction of the route. Made of steel, it provides a solid and safe support for cables and wires. Sheet thickness of 1.5 mm guarantees strength and resistance to mechanical loads. The bend angle is adjustable, making it easy to adapt to specific installation needs.
This element is particularly important in places where the cable route must be run at a right angle - for example, when bypassing obstacles or entering technical rooms. It allows for smooth passage of cables without excessive stress and risk of damage.
Construction and assembly
This bend is dedicated to cable tray with a width of 300 mm and a height of 60 mm. Correct assembly requires LDCH… connectors and SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 screws (4 connectors and 16 screw sets). It is worth remembering that when ordering fittings, you should provide the ladder symbol in order to select the appropriate rungs and cable holders. There are three types of rungs available:
- A – ladder rung DK… with matching holder UKZ…
- B – ladder rung DF… or DU… with matching holder UK…
- C – universal ladder rung DUV… with matching holders UKZ… and UK….
Safety and compliance with standards
The product performs function E-90, which means it ensures the continued operation of building equipment for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire. This is crucial for fire alarm systems, fire alarm systems and emergency lighting. The steel used in production can be supplied in various finishing versions: Sendzimir galvanized steel PN-EN 10346:2015-09 (S), hot-dip galvanized steel PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 (F) or stainless steel (E), as well as with the possibility of painting in the standard RAL palette (L).
