Cable ladder bend 90° – solid and safe cable routing

This cable ladder bend, made of high-quality steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm, is used to change the direction of cable routing by 90 degrees. It is designed for cable trays with a width of 400 mm and a height of 60 mm, ensuring compatibility with popular systems. The construction allows for precise adaptation to the specifics of the installation.

Installation and compatibility

For proper installation of the bend, LDCH… connectors and SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 screws (4 connectors and 16 screw sets) are required. When ordering fittings, please provide the ladder symbol to select the appropriate rungs and cable holders. There are three types of rungs available:

  • A – ladder rung DK… with matching holder UKZ…
  • B – ladder rung DF… or DU… with matching holder UK…
  • C – universal ladder rung DUV… with matching holders UKZ… and UK….

The choice of the appropriate rung type depends on the specific needs and configuration of the installation. The material can be selected on request: Sendzimir galvanized steel (S), hot-dip galvanized steel (F) or stainless steel (E), as well as the possibility of painting in the standard RAL palette (L).

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE OF OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY E90 according to DIN 4102-12.
