Reducer and end plate BRZJ50H60 is an element of cable tray systems that allows changing the width of the tray or terminating it – it functions as an end cap. It is a universal solution, useful both during the construction of new installations and the modification of existing ones.

Materials and execution

The BRZJ50H60 plate is available in several material versions, allowing it to be adapted to specific environmental conditions and project requirements:

• Sendzimir galvanized steel (S): Standard execution, compliant with PN-EN 10346:2015-09. Provides good corrosion protection under typical conditions.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Higher corrosion resistance due to thicker zinc coating, compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02. Ideal for outdoor applications or in aggressive environments.
• Stainless steel (E): Highest corrosion resistance, dedicated to the most demanding applications, e.g. in the chemical or food industry.
• Painting (L): Possibility to order a plate painted in any color from the RAL palette, allowing for aesthetic adaptation to the surroundings.

The plate thickness is 1.0 mm – provides adequate rigidity and structural strength.

Assembly and application

The BRZJ50H60 plate is mounted using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, which guarantees a stable and durable connection with the cable trays. The plate allows creating both one-sided and two-sided reductions.

• One-sided reduction: Requires the use of an additional LPU… connector.
• Two-sided reduction: Possibility to use plates of different or identical widths – e.g. when reducing by 200mm, two BZR…100… plates can be used or a combination of BZR…50… and BZR…150….

The BRZJ50H60 plate is compatible with all types of cable trays of a given height, making it a versatile element of electrical and telecommunications installations. It allows for precise adaptation of the cable route to the existing infrastructure or specific project needs.
