Reducer-termination plate BRZJ100H60 is an element of the cable tray system that allows changing the width of the tray or effectively terminating it. It is a versatile component used in installations carried out by professionals as well as in projects implemented by individual customers. Thanks to the possibility of creating single-sided or double-sided reductions, this plate provides flexibility in adapting the cable route to specific mounting conditions.

Construction and materials

Made of high-quality steel, the BRZJ100H60 plate is characterized by durability and corrosion resistance. Various material variants are available, allowing the product to be adapted to specific environmental requirements:

• Sendzimir galvanized steel (S): Standard execution, providing good anti-corrosion protection in typical operating conditions. Complies with PN-EN 10346:2015-09.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Higher corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor or aggressive environments. Meets the requirements of PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02.
• Stainless steel (E): Highest level of corrosion resistance, dedicated to the most demanding applications, e.g. in the food or chemical industry.
• Painting (L): Possibility to order a plate painted in any color from the RAL palette, allowing for aesthetic adaptation to the surroundings.

The plate thickness is 1.0 mm – this ensures adequate stiffness and strength of the structure.

Installation and application

Installation of the BRZJ100H60 plate is simple and intuitive – just use SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. The possibility of creating double-sided reductions using plates of different widths gives a lot of freedom in designing the cable route. For example, a 200mm reduction can be obtained using BZR...50... and BZR...150... plates or two BZR...100.... plates. The plate is compatible with all types of cable trays of a given height, making it a universal element of electrical and telecommunication installations.
