Universal solution for changing direction and terminating cable routes

The BRZL50H42 reduction and termination plate is an element of the cable management system that allows changing the width of the trunking or effectively terminating it. It is suitable for installations carried out by professionals as well as in home workshops. Thanks to the possibility of creating single- or double-sided reductions, it provides flexibility in design and adaptation of the cable route to specific conditions.

Materials and workmanship

The plate is made of steel, available in several finishing options: Sendzimir galvanized steel (S) according to PN-EN 10346:2015-09, hot-dip galvanized steel (F) according to PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 and stainless steel (E). Additionally, it is possible to paint the plate in any color from the RAL palette (L), which allows it to be matched to the aesthetics of the surroundings. The plate thickness is 0.7 mm – this ensures adequate strength and rigidity of the structure.

Installation and compatibility

The plate is mounted using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, which guarantees a stable and secure connection. The plate is compatible with all types of cable trays of a given height, making it a universal element of the installation. It is worth remembering that for a single-sided reduction, it is recommended to use the LPU… connector, and for a double-sided reduction, plates of different or identical widths can be combined – for example, for a reduction of 200mm, you can use BZR…50… and BZR…150… or two BZR…100… plates. This provides a great deal of freedom in design and adaptation of the cable route to individual needs.
