Brass transition fitting for B Press systems

This brass transition fitting, with dimensions 15x3/4 inch, is a reliable solution for connecting installation elements with different diameters and thread types. Solid construction and materials

The fitting is made of bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2 (CC499K-DW), which guarantees its strength and resistance to external factors. This material complies with the PN EN 1982 standard. Both connection 1 (crimping socket) and connection 2 (tapered BSPT-R external gas thread) are made of bronze, ensuring compatibility and minimizing the risk of galvanic corrosion. Additionally, the presence of a retaining collar increases connection stability.

Versatile application and compliance with standards

The transition fitting is used in water supply, heating and gas installations (up to the specified pressure parameters). Its design allows for easy transition from a 15 mm (DN 18) pipe to a 3/4 inch thread. The maximum working pressure is 16 bar at 20°C. The product is manufactured in Spain and Poland, and its quality is confirmed by the manufacturer CONEX. Please note that the fitting does not include seals in the set – the tightness is ensured by the B Press crimping connection itself. The model is simple, one-piece and does not have functions such as drain or air vent.
