This bronze transition nipple with an external gas thread (GZ) is a reliable solution for connecting pipes of different diameters and materials. Construction and application

The nipple is made of high-quality bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C (CC499K-DW), which guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation. It has a tapered BSPT-R thread (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) with a diameter of 1 inch (25 mm) and a crimp sleeve with a diameter of 22 mm. This allows connecting a copper or steel pipe with a diameter of 22 mm to an installation element with a 1-inch thread. The support collar ensures connection stability during crimping.
