Transition nipple for water and gas installations

This bronze transition nipple, with dimensions 28x1 inch, is a reliable solution for connecting pipes of different diameters and connection types. Made of high-quality bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C (CC499K-DW) according to PN EN 1982 standard, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Designed for use in water supply, heating and gas installations.

This nipple is compatible with the B Press pressing system, which significantly speeds up and simplifies installation. The tapered external thread BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) allows for a tight connection with other installation elements. An additional support collar increases connection stability and prevents accidental displacement of elements.

Design and application

The transition nipple is designed to connect copper pipes of different diameters and to transition from a pressed connection to a threaded connection. Its simple construction facilitates installation, and the material of construction – bronze – ensures resistance to external factors and corrosion. This makes it ideal for use in installations:

The length of the nipple is 55 mm, and the outer diameter of the 1" connection pipe is 28 mm. The EPDM gasket material provides additional tightness and durability of the connection. Please note that the nipple does not include gaskets in the set – they should be selected appropriately for the specific application.
