Transition nipple for installations – a reliable connection of systems

This bronze transition nipple with an external gas thread (GZ) is a key element in water, heating and gas installations. Designed to connect pipes of different diameters, it ensures a tight and durable connection, especially in B Press crimping systems. Made of high-quality bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C (CC499K-DW) and deoxidized phosphorus copper, it meets the stringent standards of PN EN 1254 and PN EN 1982.

Design and application

The nipple allows a transition from a 35 mm pipe to a 1 inch (25 mm) thread. Its design with a support collar provides additional protection against pulling out, and the tapered BSPT-R thread (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) guarantees tightness. It is ideally suited for:
