Shower drain for walk-in showers

The CleanLine30 linear drain is a solution designed for modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, where the elimination of a shower tray allows for a uniform floor surface. The product is made of CrNiMo 1.4404 steel compliant with the EN 10088 standard - this alloy contains molybdenum, which increases corrosion resistance in the humid bathroom environment. The brushed surface provides an aesthetic appearance and simultaneously masks minor scratches occurring during daily use.

The drain length ranges from 30-110 cm, the width is 4,3 cm, and the height is just 0,8 cm - the slim profile ensures the frame protrudes minimally above the floor level and does not disrupt the interior design.

Construction and adjustment capabilities

The drain can be shortened to any length within the range provided by the manufacturer, allowing for precise adjustment to the width of the shower cabin or the space by the wall. The comb insert is available without the use of tools - simply lift the frame to clean the siphon or remove debris.

The product is designed for a tile layer thickness of 8-35 mm. Adjustment of height, slope, and offset allows for leveling any substrate irregularities and perfectly aligning the drain line with the tiles. The K3 (3 kN) load class means the construction withstands pressure typical for domestic use - a person standing in the shower does not pose a threat to it.

For complete installation, a Geberit installation set (Rohbauset) is additionally required, available in versions for screed heights with a 65-90 mm or 90-220 mm outlet. The manufacturer has also provided a version for ceiling penetration and a set with supply connection.

Application and compatibility

CleanLine30 works well both for installation in the middle of the shower and directly against the wall. The manufacturer allows both variants - free-standing installation in the room or adjacent to the wall. The drain is adapted for barrier-free construction, meaning compliance with requirements for bathrooms accessible to persons with limited mobility.

The product is intended for use with bonded waterproofing (sealing directly under the tile layer). NOTE: natural stone floor tiles may discolor in the shower zone due to water and cleaning agents - the manufacturer informs of this in the technical materials.

The drain is not intended for industrial floors (resin, cement, or other industrial types).

Quality control and logistical parameters

Production is subject to quality control according to EN 1253-3 - this standard specifies requirements for drainage devices in residential and public buildings. The set includes: a comb insert, an inlet outlet with a compensation ring, and a sealing sleeve.

The product weight is approximately 0,9 kg, and the package dimensions are approximately 1300 × 95 × 67 mm - allowing for the estimation of delivery and storage logistics before purchase.
