Curbless shower drain

Geberit CleanLine30 is a linear drain designed for modern walk-in showers - both in homes and in hotel facilities or apartment buildings. It is installed in the floor in the middle of the cabin or directly against the wall, allowing for the creation of a uniform surface without a threshold. The product is adapted for barrier-free construction - wheelchair users can freely enter the shower area.

Construction and material

The drain is made of CrNiMo 1.4404 stainless steel (compliant with DIN EN 10088) - this is an austenitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum steel, resistant to corrosion and moisture. The surface is brushed, giving it a matte, elegant look that fits minimalist arrangements. The profile has a width of 4,3 cm and a height of 0,8 cm, and its length can be shortened arbitrarily within the range of 30-90 cm - it can simply be cut to the dimension of the specific shower at the construction site.

The comb insert filters impurities and is available without the use of tools - simply lift it to clean the siphon below. This solution significantly facilitates maintenance and hygiene upkeep.

Adjustment and fit

CleanLine30 offers full freedom of positioning - the height, slope, and offset of the drain relative to the installation axis can be adjusted. This allows the installer to precisely level differences in the substrate and set the drainage slope without the need for additional modifications.

The product fits floor tiles with a thickness of 8-35 mm, which covers most ceramic coverings available on the market. The load class K3 (3 kN) means that the drain will also perform well in heavily used bathrooms - e.g., in hotels or guesthouses.

Installation and compatibility

One of the Geberit mounting kits (ordered separately) is required for installation. The version with a standard siphon (154.150.00.1) is intended for screed heights of 90-220 mm, while the version with a low siphon (154.152.00.1) is for lower constructions, where the screed height is 65-90 mm.

For inter-floor installations, a separate kit 154.153.00.1 is provided, and if you plan to provide an additional water supply (e.g., for a wall-mounted tap), a kit with an inlet 154.159.00.1 can be ordered.

The product meets quality control requirements according to the EN 1253-3 standard, confirming its compliance with European standards for drainage devices.

Note: natural stone floor tiles may discolor due to water exposure in the shower area - the use of sealants/impregnators or the choice of ceramics is recommended.
