Construction and application – a solid connection for demanding installations

This is a 45-degree elbow designed to connect pipes with a nominal diameter of DN 250 and an outer diameter of 250 mm. The use of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) ensures resistance to corrosion, the action of most chemicals (approx. 95% of standard bases and acids) and UV radiation. This allows the fitting to be used in difficult environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors. Connections are made by butt welding or using electrofusion fittings – which guarantees a tight and durable connection.

The HDPE 250/45 segmental elbow is characterized by precise workmanship and dimensions adapted to Geberit HDPE standards. The working length of the connection is 165 mm on both the first and second sides. The wall thickness of the connection is 9.7 mm, which ensures adequate mechanical strength. The fitting has smooth connection surfaces in a raw state, prepared for welding. This model does not have caps or seals, which is typical for elements intended for welding/fusion. High tensile strength of the material and its belonging to the Geberit HDPE pipe system guarantee the compatibility and reliability of the entire installation.
