PEHD Pipe for Drainage Systems – Durability and Corrosion Resistance

High-density polyethylene (PEHD) pipe with a diameter of 32 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm, designed for the construction of drainage systems. It is characterized by high strength and chemical resistance, making it an ideal solution for both indoor and outdoor applications – including in the ground or in concrete. Made of polyethylene, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation of the installation.

Application and Properties

Geberit PEHD pipe is versatile and finds application in many areas: drainage of water from buildings, roof drainage (gravity and vacuum), industrial systems, as well as in commercial and laboratory facilities. Its resistance to UV radiation and most standard alkalis, acids and chemical substances (approx. 95%) guarantees reliability even in difficult operating conditions. The possibility of laying in concrete expands its range of applications, especially during renovations and modernizations.

The pipe has pipe ends ready for connection. The ring stiffness class SN4 ensures adequate resistance to external loads. The water content in the pipe is 0.5 l/m. The material – polyethylene (PE) – guarantees flexibility and ease of installation.

Installation and Connections

Geberit HDPE pipes are connected by butt fusion or using fittings – electrofusion. This requires the use of appropriate machines and tools, ensuring tight and durable connections. This creates a uniform, safe and leak-proof installation.
