High-density polyethylene (PEHD) pipe with a diameter of 63 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm, supplied in 5-meter lengths, is a reliable solution for constructing drainage systems. Made from high-quality polyethylene, it is characterized by exceptional resistance to chemical and physical corrosion, guaranteeing long-term operation even in aggressive environments. Properties and practical application

The black PEHD SN4 pipe is distinguished by its high ring stiffness (SN4), which ensures the stability of the installation. The PE material is also characterized by a low coefficient of thermal expansion (0.17 mm/(m·K)), minimizing the risk of deformation under temperature changes. Additionally, polyethylene is resistant to UV radiation, allowing the pipes to be stored outdoors for longer periods without losing properties.

Applications of the PEHD pipe include:

Installation and operating parameters

The pipe has pipe ends for butt or electrofusion connections (requiring specialized machines and tools for welding). The pipe capacity is 2.6 liters per meter of length, which should be considered when designing the drainage system. Thanks to the smooth inner surface of the pipe, flow losses and the risk of contamination deposition are minimized. The polyethylene material also provides good acoustic insulation of the installation.
