Construction and application

The UNILIFT AP 50B.50.11.3 pump is a vertical, single-stage unit designed for immersion. Made of high-quality stainless steel (body made of steel 304 and motor housing made of steel 316) ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in an aggressive environment. A VORTEX impeller allows for smooth pumping of water with solid particles up to 50 mm in diameter – small stones, branches or sand are not a problem. Therefore, the pump copes perfectly with surface water, groundwater and contaminated water from construction or agricultural works. Equipped with a 10-meter power cable, it is ready to work immediately after connecting to a 400V power source.

Performance and operating parameters

The pump achieves a maximum flow rate of 29 m³/h and a maximum head of 14 meters. The 1.31 kW (P2) motor provides sufficient power to effectively pump even thick slurry. The motor speed is 2785 revolutions per minute. Insulation class F and permanently lubricated ball bearings guarantee reliability and minimize maintenance requirements. The IP68 protection class ensures complete hermeticity and resistance to external factors – the pump can operate fully submerged for a long time without risk of damage. The S3 duty cycle means that the pump is designed for intermittent or cyclic operation. The 2-inch (50 mm) discharge connection allows easy connection to existing hydraulic installations using a standard BSPT-Rp thread.
