Rubber cable TITANEX H07 RN-F 3G2,5 mm² 37029T
Heavy-duty rubber cable
TITANEX H07 RN-F 3G2,5 rubber cable is a flexible and durable solution for use in harsh industrial, construction, and temporary outdoor installations. Thanks to its special construction and materials, this cable provides reliable power supply in places exposed to mechanical damage, extreme temperatures, and contact with chemicals.
Features and applications
TITANEX® H07 RN-F cable complies with EN 50525-2-21 and is designed for mobile and stationary installations. It is suitable for construction sites, cranes, machine parks, factories, generators, and public buildings. The possibility of direct laying in the ground without additional protection makes it an ideal choice for temporary installations at festivals or sports events. The cable is resistant to UV radiation and weathering.
Product advantages
- Exceptional flexibility: Allows easy routing and connection even in tight spaces.
- High durability: Resistance to mechanical damage, abrasion, and crushing guarantees long-term operation.
- Wide temperature range: Operation in the range of -40°C to +85°C (maximum +90°C on conductors) ensures reliability in various environmental conditions.
- Chemical resistance: Resistance to oils, greases, and many other chemicals increases safety.
- Safety: Compliance with IEC 60332-1-2 ensures limited flame propagation.
- Versatility: Can be used in both indoor and outdoor installations, as well as directly in the ground.
- Copper conductors: Provide low resistance and minimize energy losses.
- Construction: Flexible stranded conductors class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228 provide high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue.
Technical parameters
TITANEX H07 RN-F 3G2,5 cable is characterized by a working voltage of 450/750V (possibility of 600/1000V with fixed installation). It has three conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 14 mm and its weight is about 195 kg/km. The minimum bending radius for flexible laying is 6-8 x cable diameter, and for fixed laying – less than or more than 12mm: 3x or 4x cable diameter, respectively. The fire class is Eca according to EN 50575 (CPR).
