Rubber cable TITANEX H07 RN-F 1x50 mm² 37009T
Product features
- Highly flexible rubber cable for industrial and mobile applications
This TITANEX® H07 RN-F rubber cable is a versatile solution for demanding applications where high flexibility, resistance to harsh conditions and reliability are required. Compliant with EN 50525-2-21, it is designed for use in mobile and stationary industrial, construction and temporary installations. Its durability and resistance to external factors make it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end users.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction: uncolored stranded copper core, cross-linked elastomer insulation and an outer jacket made of elastomer ensure long-lasting and safe operation. The flexible insulation allows for easy routing of cables even in tight spaces. The TITANEX® cable exhibits resistance to extreme temperatures – from -40°C to +85°C (flexible) and from -50°C to +85°C (stationary), as well as to most chemicals. It can be used directly on the ground without risk of damage. In addition, it meets the requirements for behavior during fire according to IEC 60332-1.
Applications and operating parameters
The cable finds application in a wide range of applications:
- Industry: construction sites, cranes, machine parks, factories, generators.
- Construction: installations in public buildings and temporary installations (festivals, sports competitions).
- Powering mobile devices: thanks to its flexibility, it is perfect for powering portable devices.
- Outdoor installations: possibility of direct laying in the ground without additional protection.
For a cross-section of 50 mm², the cable is characterized by a working voltage of 450/750 V (with the possibility of 600/1000 V in stationary installations or when powering induction motors). The rated current is 167 A for flexible connections and 207 A for fixed laying. The voltage drop is 0.75 V/A·km (at cos φ 0.8), and the outer diameter is 20.6 mm. The copper weight in the cable is 662 kg/km. The minimum bending radius is 3 x cable diameter for stationary installations and 6-8 x cable diameter for flexible applications (depending on the outer diameter).
