This flexible TITANEX® H07 RN-F rubber cable is designed to operate in demanding conditions, both in stationary and mobile installations. Construction and properties

The TITANEX® H07 RN-F cable has a single copper core with a cross-section of 35 mm², which provides a high current carrying capacity. The core is made of multi-strand flexible copper class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), which facilitates installation and ensures flexibility. The insulation is made of a special cross-linked elastomer, providing excellent dielectric properties and abrasion resistance. The whole is surrounded by a durable EM2 rubber coating, which protects the cable from the effects of atmospheric factors, oils and UV radiation.

In addition, the cable meets the IEC 60332-1-2 standard regarding fire propagation resistance and has a CPR class of Eca. This makes its use safe even in places with increased fire safety requirements.

Technical parameters and applications

The TITANEX® H07 RN-F cable finds application in many industries: construction, industry, energy, as well as in the organization of mass events. It is ideal for powering mobile devices such as power tools, generators or portable lighting. It will also be useful in permanent installations in production halls, workshops or public buildings. The minimum bending radius is 6-8 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 3x or 4x diameter for permanent laying (depending on the diameter). The outer diameter of the cable is in the range of 14.3 – 17.9 mm and its weight is approximately 0.53 kg/m.
