Rubber cable TITANEX H07 RN-F 5G25 mm² 37067T
Robust rubber cable for demanding applications
This flexible TITANEX® H07 RN-F 5G25 mm² rubber cable is a reliable solution for mobile and stationary installations in harsh industrial environments. It is ideal for construction sites, cranes, machine parks, factories, and temporary installations – such as festivals or sporting events. Its durability and resistance to extreme temperatures and most chemicals guarantee long-lasting and safe operation.
This cable is perfect for both professionals and end users who need reliable power in demanding environments. The ability to be laid directly in the ground without additional protection makes it particularly practical for outdoor applications.
Construction and properties
The TITANEX® cable features a solid construction based on multi-wire copper conductors class 5 (DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), cross-linked elastomer insulation, and a jacket made of the same material. This construction provides high flexibility and mechanical resistance. The conductors are color-coded according to HD 308 S2, making identification easier during installation. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation, weathering, and the action of many oils.
- Flexibility: Allows easy routing of cables even in tight spaces.
- Durability: Ensures long-lasting and reliable operation in harsh conditions.
- Chemical resistance: Protects against damage caused by contact with most chemicals.
- Weather resistance: Allows use outdoors without risk of deterioration.
- Safety: Complies with IEC 60332-1-2 standard regarding flame propagation.
Technical parameters and operating range
The TITANEX® H07 RN-F 5G25 mm² cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -25°C to +55°C (flexible) and from -30°C to +60°C (stationary). The maximum permissible operating temperature of the conductor is +90°C, and even +250°C during a short circuit. The operating voltage is 450/750 V, and when laid permanently in protected installations – 600/1000 V. The minimum bending radius is 6-8 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 3x or 4x cable diameter for stationary laying (depending on the diameter). The CPR class is Eca. The outer diameter ranges from 32.0 - 40.4 mm and the weight per meter is approximately 2.25 kg.
