Control and power cable PVC, shielded JZ-500-C BLACK 12G0,75 mm² black, black numbered cores acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 10947
Highly durable casing.
Shielded control cable 500V
This black, flexible JZ-500-C cable with a cross-section of 12G0.75 mm² is a reliable solution for medium-load electrical installations. The cable is characterized by high resistance to external factors and is ideal for use in dry, damp, wet rooms and outdoors – with the proviso that it cannot be laid directly in the ground or water. Thanks to the copper braid screen, it ensures electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial environments.
This cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, where it is used for control, signaling and measurement in production lines and conveyor belts. The cores numbered with white digits facilitate identification and connection, which translates into faster and more precise assembly. The cable construction based on special PVC provides resistance to oils and chemicals, as well as the absence of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of stranded copper wire (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295), which guarantees its flexibility and long-term reliability. The core insulation is made of special PVC Z 7225, and the black cores are permanently marked with white digits for easy identification. The twisted cores are arranged in parallel and secured with an insulating film and a copper braid screen. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating made of special PVC TM2 (RAL 9005). The cable is metered for convenient dispensing of the required length.
It is worth noting the wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). The cable meets the DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 standard and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. In addition, the materials used in production are resistant to UV radiation.
