Flexible shielded cable for industrial and control applications

This black, shielded flexible cable JZ-500-C is a reliable solution for power transmission in places where protection against electromagnetic interference is required. The cable is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it ideal for use in mechanical engineering, control and signaling systems. The construction with seven strands with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² provides adequate current capacity for a wide range of applications.

The cable is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Copper strands twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards ensure good conductivity and flexibility. PVC Z 7225 insulation protects against mechanical damage and the influence of chemicals. Additionally, a copper braid screen minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in industrial environments. The strands are black with white numbering to facilitate identification during installation. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.

Application and operating parameters

The JZ-500-C cable is intended for use in mechanically moderately loaded installations where flexible connections without tensile stress are required. It can be laid in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors – but not directly in the ground or water. It will be perfect in mechanical engineering, powering production lines and conveyor belts. The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage is 500V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9 mm. It is resistant to UV radiation and oils and chemicals (detailed information can be found in the "Technical information" table). The product meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
