Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, designed for long-term operation. Made of high-quality materials, it meets stringent European and international standards. Copper strands, twisted into a rope, provide flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during frequent bending. PVC TI2 insulation guarantees safe use and high dielectric strength. A screen made of tinned copper braid effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in industrial environments exposed to strong electromagnetic fields. The outer jacket made of PVC TM2 provides additional mechanical and chemical protection.

JZ-600-Y-CY 7G25 cable is ideal for use in industrial machines and equipment, control systems, cable carriers and air conditioning. It will also work well in foundries and steelworks, where difficult operating conditions prevail. Thanks to the shielding, it is particularly recommended for transmitting control and measurement signals requiring high precision.

The nominal conductor cross-section is 25 mm², the nominal voltage U is 1000 V, and the number of cores is 7. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 39 mm. The core insulation is made of PVC, and the outer jacket is also made of PVC.

The cable is available in gray (RAL 7001). Remember to properly connect the screen at both ends of the cable for optimal EMC shielding effectiveness. The protective conductor (yellow-green) provides additional safety.
