Universal control and power cable for various applications

The OZ-500 cable is a flexible solution for transmitting power and control signals. Made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51, which guarantees its reliability and safety. This cable is particularly useful in installations where flexibility and resistance to medium mechanical loads are required.

Construction and parameters for professionals

The cable consists of two cores with a cross-section of 1 mm², made of stranded copper (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295). Each core is insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), and the black cores are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates identification during assembly. The whole is surrounded by an outer jacket of PVC (TM2 according to DIN VDE 0207-363-4-1/DIN EN 50363-4-1) in gray color (RAL 7001). The rated voltage is 500 V, and the test voltage is as high as 4000 V. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The cable maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range – from -15°C to +80°C during installation and from -40°C to +80°C after installation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.6 mm.
