Control and power cable OZ-500 – reliability and flexibility in every application

The OZ-500 cable is a flexible solution for control and power connections, designed for demanding industrial applications and electrical installations. Made of high-quality PVC, it provides durability and safety. It is particularly recommended where ease of installation and resistance to environmental conditions are important.

Construction and application

This cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards, guaranteeing its high quality and reliability. It consists of seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with special PVC. The conductors are black and numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification during installation. The cable is designed for medium mechanical loads, in slowly moving systems, in dry, wet and humid rooms (not outdoors). It is perfect as a cable for control and measuring devices in industrial equipment.

The OZ-500 cable is distinguished not only by its high quality of workmanship but also by a number of practical features that will be appreciated by both installers and end-users. Twisted conductors provide convenience during work, and the outer jacket made of special PVC protects the cable from mechanical damage and external factors. Additionally, the cable is oil-resistant and the materials used in its production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. A "cleanroom" version is also available on request. The rated voltage is 500 V (U) and 300 V (U0), and the test voltage is 4000 V. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x diameter for stationary operation.
