This grey PVC cable, designated OZ-500 5x0.5 mm², is a universal solution for control and power installations. Designed for flexibility and reliability, it performs well in both industrial and commercial construction applications. Construction and properties

The OZ-500 cable features a solid construction. It has five stranded copper conductors (class 5) insulated with special PVC (Z 7225). The conductors are black with white numbers, making identification easier according to DIN VDE 0293. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors). The conductors are twisted in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by an outer jacket made of special PVC (TM2), which provides resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.2 mm.

The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage U/U0 is 500/300 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x diameter during stationary installation.
