OZ-500 cable is a flexible solution for control and power supply, designed for both building installations and industrial equipment. Made of high-quality PVC, it provides reliable connections in dry, wet, and humid environments – although it is not suitable for outdoor applications. Its construction, compliant with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards, guarantees safety and durability.

This cable is particularly recommended for medium mechanical loads and in systems where flexibility and the absence of tensile stress are required. It is ideal as a connection for control and measuring devices. Black wires, numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, facilitate identification and installation.

Construction features and user parameters

The OZ-500 cable is characterized by a wire cross-section of 1 mm², making it suitable for applications requiring the transmission of current with a rated voltage of 500 V (300/500 V). It is made of multi-wire copper wire (class 5), providing good flexibility. Wire insulation is made of PVC, and the outer jacket is also made of the same material (TM2 according to DIN VDE 0207-363-4-1/DIN EN 50363-4-1), which ensures resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.5 mm.

The operating temperature range of the OZ-500 cable is wide – from -40°C to +80°C during stationary operation and from -15°C to +80°C during flexible operation. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x diameter for stationary operation. The cable is resistant to radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad) and to the action of oils and certain chemicals (detailed information in the "Technical Information" table).

The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.
