• Extremely durable cable for extreme applications. This black, four-core HELUFLON-FEP-6Y cable with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is an advanced solution for installations requiring high temperature and chemical resistance. The cable is characterized by FEP (HELUFLON®) fluoropolymer insulation, making it an ideal choice for harsh working conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for reliability and durability. It consists of stranded copper cores, meeting the standards of DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228. The FEP-HELUFLON® insulation provides excellent dielectric properties and resistance to aggressive chemicals. The cores are twisted in parallel, and the outer jacket also made of FEP-HELUFLON® further protects the cable against mechanical damage and environmental influences. This makes the cable completely waterproof and resistant to fungal growth.

The use of a yellow-green protective core (in the G version) increases the safety of the installation. The cable is available in a version with a protective core (G) or without it (x). Please note that AWG sizes are approximate - the exact cross-section is given in mm².
