This single-core NSGAFÖU rubber cable is a robust solution for installations exposed to harsh conditions, particularly those requiring protection against short circuits. The cable is designed for reliability and safety, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end users.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides high flexibility and durability. The tinned copper, multi-wire conductor, class 5, is insulated with EPR material type 3G13, and the whole is surrounded by a durable polychloroprene (CR) coating type 5GM3. This construction guarantees resistance to abrasion, oils and weathering. The cable is available in black (RAL 9005).

The NSGAFÖU cable also features high electrical parameters – rated voltage U0/U is 1800/3000 V, and the maximum permissible operating temperature is +90°C. In addition, the cable meets the Eca standard in the reaction to fire class according to EN 13501-6, which increases safety.

It is worth emphasizing that this cable is exceptionally resistant to short circuits when the power supply system is grounded, which is an important element of electrical installation protection. It is recommended to lay it in dry rooms/devices to ensure optimal durability. The minimum bending radius is 6x the cable diameter for stationary laying and 10x the diameter for flexible laying.
