The TOPFLEX®-EMV-2YSLCY-J cable is an advanced solution designed to power motors using frequency inverters, as well as in applications requiring high resistance to electromagnetic interference. The cable's construction minimizes the impact of electromagnetic fields on the environment, which is crucial in modern industrial installations and buildings. This makes it suitable for environments where precise device operation is a priority.

Flexibility and durability in harsh conditions

The cable is characterized by exceptional flexibility, ensured by the multi-wire construction of the cores (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295). This allows for easy installation and routing of the cable even in tight spaces. Made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a special mixture, it provides resistance to mechanical damage, moisture and the action of chemicals. The cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C during operation and from +5°C to +80°C during installation.

Application and compatibility

The TOPFLEX®-EMV-2YSLCY-J cable is used in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, control and measurement systems, as well as in conveyor and technological installations. It is ideal for powering SIMOVERT drives and pumps, ventilation and conveyor belts. It meets the standards regarding electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) according to EN 55011 and DIN VDE 0875 part 11. This guarantees safe and reliable operation of devices sensitive to interference. The cable has double shielding (aluminum foil and copper braid), which further increases its resistance to interference. The outer diameter of the cable is 11.9 mm with a core cross-section of 2.5 mm².
