High-temperature resistant PVC cable – reliability and flexibility in harsh conditions

This flexible HELUTHERM® 120 cable, made of high-quality PVC, is designed for applications requiring resistance to elevated temperatures. It is ideally suited for both industrial installations and devices exposed to heat, providing safe and reliable electrical connections. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-11 / DIN EN 50525-2-11 standards, guaranteeing its quality and safety of use.

Construction and properties – the key to long-term operation

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides high flexibility and mechanical resistance. Multi-wire copper conductors (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295) are insulated with special PVC TI3, which provides excellent dielectric properties. Color identification of the conductors (according to DIN VDE 0293-308) facilitates assembly and subsequent servicing. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer sheath made of PVC TM3, resistant to abrasion and weathering. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing of the required length.

• Thermal resistance: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -30°C to +105°C (short-term up to +120°C). This makes it ideal for use in paint shops, dryers and other heat-generating equipment.
• Flexibility: The multi-wire construction of the conductors ensures high flexibility, making it easy to lay the cable even in tight spaces.
• Safety: Compliance with DIN VDE and EN standards guarantees a high level of safety. The materials used in production are cadmium and silicone free and do not contain substances harmful to paints.
• Rated voltage: The cable is designed to operate at a voltage of 500V (for a cross-section of 0.5 mm²).
