This flexible HELUTHERM® 120 cable, made of special PVC, is designed to operate at elevated temperatures. It is perfect for applications where standard cabling fails – in machines, devices and motors exposed to heat, such as paint shops or dryers. It provides safe and reliable connections in both dry and humid environments, as well as outdoors.
Construction and application
This cable stands out with a construction adapted to demanding conditions. Made of stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with special PVC TI3, it provides flexibility and durability. Parallel twisted strands facilitate installation, and the outer jacket made of high-temperature resistant PVC TM3 protects against mechanical damage and external factors. The cable is identified with wire colors in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308, which facilitates correct connection.
Designed for applications requiring thermal resistance, it is ideal for installers working in industry, but will also work in home installations exposed to elevated temperatures. Thanks to the approval for operation at temperatures up to +105°C (short-term even +120°C) and a wide range of ambient temperatures (-30°C to +105°C), it guarantees trouble-free operation even in extreme conditions.
