High-temperature resistant PVC cable – reliability in demanding conditions

This black HELUTHERM® 120 3G1.5 mm² cable is a solid solution for applications where standard cables fail. Designed to operate at elevated temperatures, it is ideal for machines, devices, and motors exposed to heat – from paint shops to dryers. The use of special PVC ensures not only thermal resistance but also durability and safety of the installation.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its reliability and long service life. Twisted copper conductors, made in class 5 (flexible stranded wire) provide flexibility and facilitate installation. The core insulation is made of special PVC TI3, and the outer jacket is made of high-temperature resistant PVC TM3. Core identification is done using colors, in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308 standard, which facilitates correct connection. The cable has three cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², making it suitable for many applications. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.8 mm.
