This black, five-core HELUTHERM® 120 cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² is a solid solution for applications requiring resistance to elevated temperatures. Designed for operation in demanding industrial environments, it is perfect for places where standard cables fail. Core identification according to DIN VDE 0293-308 simplifies installation and subsequent servicing.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) both in the core insulation and in the outer coating. Multi-strand cores of class 5 provide flexibility and facilitate cable routing even in tight spaces. Thanks to a special PVC formula, the cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -30°C to +105°C (short-term up to +120°C). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.6 mm.

The HELUTHERM® 120 cable is designed for use in machines, equipment and motors generating heat – ideal for paint shops, dryers or other industrial facilities. It can be used both indoors (dry, damp and wet) and outdoors. Its temperature resistance and compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-11 / DIN EN 50525-2-11 standards guarantee safe and reliable operation of the installation. The rated voltage U is 500 V.
